WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT🏠✨

Ahh guys!!! We found our dream home last week!! This past week has been an absolute WHIRLWIND… as you can imagine given the crazy housing market🤪

In a week we…

1. Got preapproved by a lender

2. Found our dream home

3. Sold our current home in less than a day and are now under contract

4. Went under contract on this beautiful new build that was move-in ready!

Still can’t believe it all! Zach and I worked with @happyhour_home as our realtor and have had the BEST experience. She truly made it stress free and exciting… as it should be!!

We really did luck out with the buying process and with what we found. So, if you’re currently looking and having a tough time I’m here for you! I know it’s craziness out there and I’ll be praying that the right fit comes along for you too.
