My best friend and I just got back from the most amazing weekend in Miami, and I couldn’t wait to share all of our favorite finds with you! From stylish cafés and beachfront bites to spontaneous adventures and sunset views, the city completely captured our hearts. If you’re planning a trip—or just collecting inspiration for your next girls’ getaway—these are the spots that made our time in Miami truly unforgettable.
Our Favorite Restaurants Miami’s food scene is something else, and we made it our mission to explore as much of it as possible! From chic breakfast spots to gorgeous rooftop dinners, we were so impressed by the variety and atmosphere of every place we visited. Narrowing it down wasn’t easy, but these three really stood out. Think delicious dishes, dreamy settings, and that extra something that made each meal feel like a highlight of the trip. If you’re heading to Miami soon, you’ll definitely want these on your list!
The Little Hen breakfast spot was an absolute dream. With its floral decor, whimsical pink details, and cozy atmosphere, it felt like stepping into a real-life fairytale. We sipped lattes, ordered their famous rose petal pancakes (yes, they’re as magical as they sound), and just soaked in the girlie vibes! It was the perfect way to start the day with my bestie—cute, cozy, and full of charm.
We had dinner at Sexy Fish our first night, followed by Nobu the next evening because we were craving even more sushi, and wrapped up the trip with Cecconis on our final night. We loved each spot! Booking reservations ahead of time was a game-changer—highly recommend reserving in advance to avoid long waits if you’re planning a visit!
For dessert, we recommend Rosetta Bakery! From flaky croissants to rich tiramisu, everything is fresh, flavorful, and totally indulgent. It has that classic European bakery feel with a Miami twist, and we loved grabbing a treat to-go before heading back to the hotel!
Our Favorite Activities Of course, we didn’t just eat (although we could’ve!). Miami had so much to offer, and these were a few of our favorite things to do during our trip!
You can also rent bikes and ride through the scenic paths of Key Biscayne. The ride takes you past stunning ocean views, lush greenery, and quiet stretches of nature!
To round out our favorite activities, we spent an afternoon shopping in the Design District—and it was an absolute dream! If you love fashion, art, and all things aesthetic, this neighborhood is a total must. We wandered in and out of our favorite designer stores, grabbed iced coffees to keep us going, and couldn’t help but take so many photos—the architecture, the art installations, the window displays… every corner felt like a curated moment. The whole area has such a stylish, modern aesthetic, and you could truly spend hours exploring and still feel like there’s more to see!
More Miami Favorites Miami has such a vibrant energy—and we truly only just dipped our toes in! I shared a few more favorites in last week’s newsletter, but they were too good not to include here too. These spots round out the full Miami experience and are totally worth adding to your list!
